Mark served as a Photographersmate (Air Crew) in the Navy (Both Active Duty and Reserves) spending his entire career in Patrol Squadrons where photo-reconnaissance was one of the primary missions.
In Civilian life, Mark has worked as a newspaper photographer, photo editor, medical photographer and freelancer. He started Indyphotoworks in 2003 and since then has shot over 100 weddings, dozens of jobs for companies such as Wells Fargo, Sam’s Club and the International Iron Workers Union.
His work has appeared in trade magazines, text books, bill boards and newspapers all over the world.
“I try to understand what the customer wants and needs, and deliver those images while capturing additional shots that may not have been planned, but are often even more valuable to the project. I always try to deliver more than I promised and always well before deadline.”
“If I am on the job site, I keep safety – first and foremost. I am familiar with OSHA regs, having shot many large scale construction projects such as Lucas Oil Stadium, the control tower at Indianapolis International Airport, and the Windmill Farms of Central Indiana.”
